Holiday Cheer Meets Charitable Gifting!

Kids 'N Kribs invites you to our 3rd annual Santa & Mrs. Claus Photo-Op Charity Fundraiser! Each ticketed time slot includes: 

• One (1) timed professional photo opportunity with Santa & Mrs. Claus 
• Two (2) low resolution professionally edited digital photographs* by Jessica Hinds Photography LLC. High resolution photographs will be available to purchase.
• Complimentary festive cookies
• Opportunity to chat with CASA representatives 

All proceeds from this event will go to the Delaware and Chester Counties Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program, whose mission is to empower community volunteers to connect with and champion children and youth involved in the child welfare system, advocating for equity, resources, stability and permanency.

*The two (2) low resolution professionally edited digital photographs are recommended for digital use, including digital postcards, computer/ phone screensavers, digital frames, and more. These images will be available two (2) weeks after the event date. Participants will receive the link to the digital photographs via email from Jessica Hinds. If participants are interested in purchasing additional photos, they can do so via Jessica Hinds Photography LLC. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

• No refunds - in the event of a no-show, the ticket will still benefit CASA.
• All time slots are reserved and paid online.
• Each photo-op slot will be no more than five (5) minutes at the appointed time. If you would like additional time, additional time slots must be purchased.
• One (1) time slot accommodates up to six (6) participants. If your group is larger than six (6), please purchase multiple, consecutive slots. 
• Participants must arrive 15 minutes before their registered photo-op time slot, to be on time for their photo-op slot.
• Late arrivals of registered participants may or may not be accommodated due to the limited timeframe of the event.
• No pets allowed for this photo-op event.
• We ask that participants refrain from photography with personal devices. 
• Please kindly understand that Kids 'N Kribs will attempt to but may not be able to accommodate all requests related to this event, due to the limited event timeframe.
• In-store event photography of photo-op participants may be used by KNK for KNK marketing purposes.

Additional donations to CASA, including monetary donations and product donations (new, unused), are welcome and very much appreciated!

• Product donations must be in-store purchases; Kids 'N Kribs will not accept pre-owned donations or donations purchased from other retailer businesses at this time.

Event Location

Purchase a Photo-Op Slot with Santa & Mrs. Claus

Kids 'N Kribs invites you to purchase a Participant Ticket for a photo-opportunity time slot with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Photo-opportunity time slots with Kids 'N Kribs' hired professional photographer are five minutes long. Two weeks after the event, participants will be emailed two professionally edited digital images for personal use. 

Proceeds from every ticket will benefit Delaware and Chester Counties program of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).

Processing and Event Fees:

All ticket and donation transactions will be processed via Webconnex (Ticketspice and Givingfuel), a third party service provider. Webconnex processing & fees applied at checkout.
